Their survey revived a global responses from more than 1,700 digital marketers and focused on business-to-consumer and business-to-business commerce across retail, finance, media, technology and consumer goods industries. ClickZ and other digital authorities contributed  on key areas in which digital marketers need to excel in order to ensure success in social, mobile, personalization, and customer experience.
